1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Globiwan platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by Keystone Services Group LLC, a company registered in the United States.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Globiwan reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

The Platform is intended solely for use by professionals and businesses operating within the diesel and petrol injection systems industry.

By registering an account, users represent and warrant that:

• They are acting in a professional or commercial capacity
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
• They will maintain and promptly update such information as necessary
• They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials

Globiwan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at any time.

3. Platform Description

Globiwan is an online B2B platform that facilitates the publication and discovery of listings related to pumps, injectors, and spare parts.

Globiwan does not manufacture, sell, purchase, or take ownership of any products listed on the Platform and does not act as a party to any transaction between users.

4. User Responsibilities

Users shall:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Ensure that any products or services offered are lawful and compliant with applicable standards

Users are solely responsible for their conduct, listings, and any content submitted to the Platform.

5. Listings & Content

Users are solely responsible for all content submitted to the Platform, including but not limited to listings, descriptions, images, and other materials.

Globiwan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, modify, restrict, or remove any content at any time.

By submitting content, users grant Globiwan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

6. Transactions Disclaimer

Globiwan acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates communication between users.

Globiwan:

• Is not a party to any transaction between users
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing
• Does not assume responsibility for payment, delivery, product quality, or dispute resolution

All transactions are conducted at the sole risk and discretion of the users involved.

7. Communication Between Users

The Platform provides functionality for direct communication between users.

Users shall not use such functionality for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

Globiwan reserves the right to monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate communication privileges where misuse is suspected or identified.

8. Subscription & Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees.

• A trial period may be offered at the time of registration
• Subscription terms, billing cycles, and renewal conditions shall be disclosed at the point of purchase
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled by the user
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Globiwan.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Globiwan shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in user-generated content
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user interactions or transactions
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform

Use of the Platform is at the user’s sole risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Globiwan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice.

Such action may be taken in cases including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity

12. Privacy

The collection, processing, and use of user data are governed by the Globiwan Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to such processing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptable Use, Enforcement & Legal Action

Users shall use the Platform in a professional and lawful manner at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engagement in political or ideological disputes
• Any form of discriminatory, racist, or offensive conduct
• Use of abusive language, hate speech, or harassment
• Threats, intimidation, or personal attacks
• Publication or transmission of content unrelated to the intended professional use of the Platform

Globiwan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether user conduct violates these Terms.

Any violation may result in immediate action, including temporary or permanent suspension or termination of the user’s account, without prior notice.

In cases involving defamation, unlawful conduct, or any activity that may harm Globiwan, its users, or its business interests, Globiwan reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

15. Data Visibility & Use of Information

By creating an account and using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that certain profile information, including personal information (or personal data, where applicable under relevant laws), may be visible to other registered users of the Platform.

Such information may include, but is not limited to:

• Company name and business details
• Contact information, including phone number and email
• Location data, including country, region, city, and address
• Tax or business identification details
• Any additional information voluntarily provided within the user profile

Such information is made available solely for the purpose of facilitating professional communication, collaboration, and business transactions between users.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse, copy, extract, or distribute such information outside the Platform
• Use such information for unsolicited marketing, harassment, or unlawful purposes
• Engage in any activity that may harm, exploit, or otherwise negatively affect other users

Globiwan does not control the use of such information by users and shall not be held liable for misuse by third parties.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and may request updates or corrections to their profile data.

The processing and protection of such information are further described in the Globiwan Privacy Policy.
